Your Responsibilities as a Rascal Rider

• You are responsible to maintain your equipment according to the Owner’s Manual.
  
  
• You are responsible to provide all relevant information to help us determine the proper equipment for your needs.
  
  
• You are responsible to ask questions if there is anything about your care that you do not understand.
  
  
• You are responsible to follow the instructions given to you by your Mobility Consultant regarding safe operation of the equipment.
  
  
• You are responsible to follow the company’s rules for returns and repairs.
  
  
• You are responsible to show respect and consideration for the organization’s staff.
  
  
• You are responsible to meet your financial obligations to the company within the designated timeframe.
  
  
• You are responsible to follow federal, state, and local laws regarding operation of your Rascal on any roadway or public setting.
