- You have the right to be treated with respect and dignity.
- You have the right to have your property treated with respect.
- You have the right to have your concerns heard.
- You have the right to have your communication needs met.
- You have the right to have your home environment and pain assessed, and to have your pain managed.
- You have the right to contact us to request information, ask questions, or voice complaints without fear of discrimination or reprisal.
- You have the right to have your health, credit, and financial information kept confidential. We will not release this information to any third party without your written consent unless agreed upon in order to process your credit application and/or insurance claim.
- You have the right to be free from abuse. If you feel you have been mistreated, you may either contact our Corporate Headquarters in writing or call 1-800-MOBILITY, that's 1-800-662-4548.
- You have the right to contact the Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring to report any unresolved concerns or register unresolved complaints about a Joint Commission-accredited organization by calling 1-800-994-6610 or by emailing complaint@jcaho.org
- Florida residents: You have the right to report abuse, neglect, or exploitation by calling 1-800-962-2873. To report any unresolved complaint issues, call 1-888-419-3456.
- Maryland residents: You have the right to file a complaint with the State of Maryland’s Office of Healthcare Quality Complaint Hotline by calling 1-800-492-6005.
