Telemarketing
The Rascal Company is unique to the mobility products industry by providing free, no-obligation test-rides to our customers in the convenience of their own environment. Riding a Rascal Scooter prior to purchase enables our customers to be comfortable with their purchase decision and provides a greater customer experience. The Rascal Company utilizes an independent network of service centers to keep our Rascal Riders rolling along. Engineering/Quality

Manufacturing/Distribution
Located at our Home Office, our production facility employs dozens of skilled workers from entry level Assemblers to Production Supervisors, Machinists, Shipping/Receiving Expediters, Quality Assurance Inspectors, and Manufacturing Engineers. This highly sophisticated distribution system and assembly line process is capable of maintaining enough inventory to supply scooters, powerchairs and accessories for a company that holds the largest market share for motorized scooters in the United States.
