The scooter has no power. (The horn won't sound and the fuel gauge does not indicate power.) Try the following (in order):
  1. Turn the key off and then back on. (Could have been the power save function.)
  2. Turn the key off and check that the handlebar harness, frame harness and battery harnesses are plugged in.
  3. Check that the batteries are fully charged. (Load test them to see if the batteries need to be replaced.)
  4. If none of these steps work, please call Customer Service at 1-800-MOBILITY.
The scooter has power showing but will not move. (The horn will sound and the fuel gauge indicates a full charge.) Try the following:
  1. Make sure the scooter isn't plugged into the wall. If so, unplug it and try again.
  2. If still unable to get the scooter to move, make sure the key is in the off position, check the brake lever located at the back right of the scooter. It should be in the “drive” mode, using your foot press lever down, which for most units means it has to be pushed all the way down. Turn key to on position. Squeeze engager lever. Make sure speed is turned down. ?

  2. Get the batteries load tested. Replace batteries if necessary.
  3. Are the batteries taking a charge? If not, the charger may be defective. Have an authorized service center verify this.
